This scoping review examined 231 randomized controlled trials of acupuncture for treating post-stroke depression. DU20, PC6, LR3 were the most common acupuncture points used to treat post-stroke depression. Although there is a small body of pertinent RCTs, acupuncture therapy is beneficial for treating post-stroke depression.
