This is the decreased vision in one eye only. It is the result of strabismus, can be the aftermath of anisometric disorder which is the difference in convergence between the two eyes. One randomized clinical trial, carried out in a group of 83 children in the age of 3 to 7, allows for statement that acupuncture may be a useful supplementary method in treatment of this disorder (source)1.
